Packing & Seals Inc. is David M. Light III
David has designed, modified and adapted mechanical seals to meet customer's needs. He was a member of the ASTM committee that worked to standardize mechanical seals for the U.S. Navy. David has been a guest speaker on pump sealing applications at UCLA School of Engineering.a small family business established in 1975 specializing in fluid sealing devices.

Martin J. Busby
Martin started working at Packing & Seals in 1980. He is currently the general manager of the National City location. Martin has seen just about every mechanical seal and hydraulic part ever made, he can tell you how big an O-ring is just by looking at it!
Jonathan E. Busby
Jonathan started working at Packing & Seals since he could count to ten. Jonathan has come a long way and now rivals Martin's part identification skills. If you come into the National City store and hear some rock music playing, you'll know Jonathan is working.
