1976

Started working for Packing & Seals, Inc., a small family business established in 1975   specializing in fluid sealing devices.

1978

Began designing, modifying and adapting mechanical seals.

Started developing customized inventory control systems for large processing plants.

Member of the ASTM committee to standardize the mechanical seals of the United States Navy (through 2005).

1987

Guest lectured on pump sealing applications at the UCLA School of Engineering.

Personal

Served in the United States Navy, including a tour in Vietnam from 1965 through 1968.

Happily married since 1971, father to two grown children and grandfather to a granddaughter and grandson.

Actively involved in his church, teaching the Bible and discipling while serving as a deacon and elder for the past twenty-one years.

Studied Biblical languages for three years.

As part-time staff at the Master's Seminary, taught classes on discipleship from 1999 through 2001.

Outside of his work at Packing & Seals, Inc. and service at the church, David enjoys remodeling his home in the Northwest and playing
